Ai Admin Guarantee Terms

This guarantee is designed to remove the risk for you while ensuring the system is given a fair opportunity to operate inside your business.

How the guarantee works

To qualify for the guarantee, the AI Admin system must be fully set up, connected, and used as intended. All integrations, including communication channels such as website chat, SMS, or call handling, must remain active and operational. The 30-day guarantee period begins from the date the system is made live, payment recieved or access is provided, whichever occurs first. The system is considered delivered at this point, regardless of whether onboarding or walkthrough calls have been completed.

Your responsibilities

For the system to perform correctly, the client agrees to respond to all enquiries passed through the system within a reasonable timeframe. The client must provide all required access, integrations, and accounts, including but not limited to phone numbers, messaging platforms, website access, and CRM connections. The client must provide all necessary content, scripts, FAQs, and business information required for the AI Admin to operate effectively and agrees to provide these in a timely manner. The client must ensure that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date. The client agrees to maintain reasonable communication during setup and usage, and extended periods of non-response may affect performance and may invalidate the guarantee.

Usage and setup requirements

The AI Admin must be properly installed across agreed channels, including website, phone, or messaging systems. The client must not disable, bypass, or remove the AI Admin from key enquiry points. The system must be allowed to operate continuously during the 30-day period.

Traffic and enquiry flow

The AI Admin relies on incoming enquiries to function. Where no reasonable enquiry volume exists, this will be considered an incomplete test of the system. Chrisp Design is not responsible for generating traffic unless explicitly agreed as part of a separate service.

System integrity

The client agrees not to make unauthorised changes to scripts, workflows, automations, or integrations that impact performance. Changes that affect how the system responds, qualifies, or routes enquiries may invalidate the guarantee.

Third-party platforms

Chrisp Design is not responsible for delays, limitations, or failures caused by third-party platforms, including but not limited to telephony providers, messaging platforms, APIs, hosting systems, or external integrations.

What counts as “not working”

For the purpose of this guarantee, “not working” is defined as the system failing to respond to, capture, or handle enquiries during the 30-day period. This guarantee applies to system performance only and does not guarantee revenue, sales, or profitability. This does not include subjective preferences regarding tone, wording, or style, nor does it include situations where enquiries were handled but not converted due to client-side processes.

Setup and timelines

Setup timelines depend on the timely provision of integrations, content, and approvals by the client. Delays in providing required information or access may extend setup timelines and do not constitute system failure.

Refund process

If the system has been correctly set up and used and has failed to handle or generate enquiries, the client may request a refund within 30 days of the system going live. The request must be made in writing within that 30-day period. As part of this process, the client agrees to provide reasonable evidence of system usage, including confirmation that the system remained active, details of enquiries received, confirmation of how those enquiries were handled, and an overview of enquiry volume during the period. Chrisp Design reserves the right to review all relevant data and attempt to resolve any performance issues before issuing a refund. The guarantee may only be claimed once per account. This guarantee is intended for genuine use, and Chrisp Design reserves the right to refuse or void the guarantee in cases of misuse, abuse, or unreasonable conduct.

Our approach

If performance issues arise, our first step will always be to identify and resolve them with you. If the system has been used correctly and still fails to perform as defined, a refund will be issued in line with this policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and the European Union. This guarantee is designed to be fair. You receive a real working system inside your business with no unnecessary risk, and we are given a proper opportunity to deliver the intended outcome.
